  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them.
  • Certain items, such as adhesives, liquids, or other perishable goods, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the product to avoid damage during shipping. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item received was defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at info@wigessentials.co.ke.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used adhesives, liquids, and other consumable products.
  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts.
  • Items returned after the eligible return period.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, for such cases.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
